Submit Radio License Application
The Forestry Conservation Communications Association uses coordination tools and electronic filing products from RadioSoft. You can prepare and submit your radio license application and frequency coordination request to us using a fee free version of “RadioForms” available from RadioSoft.
Click on the RadioSoft link, on the bottom of the page, to download a copy of the program. If you are unable to install software on your computer due to the “exe” program, contact Peter Moncure at RadioSoft for installation assistance: 1.888.723.4695
You can also print and mail a copy of your application to our national office, but electronic filing is faster using the join button and more convenient. If you prefer to mail your application, you may print a copy from the MS Word or Adobe links in the column to the left. After you have filled out your application please send to:
